Seek and Scale LLC ("Seek and Scale," "we," "us") is a service-business campaign studio. This notice describes the information collected through this website, Seek and Scale campaign pages, and Seek and Scale phone numbers.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you use our inquiry form, we ask for your business name, the service you want to promote, your city or service area, and your email address. If you send a privacy request, we collect your email address and the information in your request. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in either form.
Our cPanel web host may process technical information needed to serve the site and operate email, such as IP addresses, browser information, submission timestamps, and server logs. Form messages are emailed to Seek and Scale through the host’s mail service and may also be processed by the recipient’s email provider.
WHY WE USE IT
We use the information you submit to respond to you, consider your campaign request, keep business records, and protect the site from abuse. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing email list. If we add a newsletter or marketing subscription in the future, we will explain that separately.
WHO PROCESSES IT
This site is designed for cPanel/PHP hosting. The website sends form inquiries to our business inbox through the hosting provider's mail system. The host and email provider may process these messages. The site also requests Barlow typefaces through Google Fonts, so a visitor's browser makes a request to Google. These providers may process technical information under their own terms and notices. We do not publish your form submissions or sell inquiry information through this website.
TEXT MESSAGES & PHONE CALLS
Seek and Scale uses text messaging to communicate with business owners who contact us about our services or who are current clients. When you text a Seek and Scale number, we collect your phone number, your name if you provide it, and your message, and we use them only to reply and provide our services.
Phone numbers shown on Seek and Scale campaign pages are for phone calls. Calls are connected to the service business named on the page so it can help you directly, and may be recorded to confirm the call was completed.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
COOKIES & TRACKING
As shipped, this website has no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, ad retargeting tag, visitor profiling script, or cookie-consent tool. Its own JavaScript only controls the mobile menu. On form submission, the PHP handler may set a short-lived essential session cookie to help prevent duplicate sends; it is not used for advertising. The external font service and the hosting provider may receive technical requests when you visit. If we later add advertising pixels, analytics, embedded content, or other non-essential tracking, we will review notice and consent requirements before enabling them and update this policy.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep inquiries while they are reasonably needed to answer your request, manage a potential business relationship, and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations. We review and remove information when we no longer need it. Hosting providers may have their own backup and deletion schedules.
YOUR CHOICES
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent to us using the form below. We may need to verify that the request relates to you and may retain information where the law requires or permits us to. Rights available to you can depend on where you live and the laws that apply.
